SHIPPING

Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. As a small business, we appreciate your patience and understanding!

While we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, please note that once your order is handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery, La Maia is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of packages. We recommend also contacting USPS directly to inquire about the status or location of your package.

Currently, we only ship domestically within the United States. However, if you're interested in ordering from us please email us at shoplamaiainc@gmail.com and we can try to accommodate your oder.

RETURNS

We accept returns in original packaging that is unopened (interior packet still intact). Please email us at shoplamaiainc@gmail.com to coordinate returns. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help and will do our best to address your needs.
